Hash you should commentate the matches or get a couple of people to commentate them. I feel like this could really make the spectating portion more entertaining. Maybe stream the members steam with your voice over the top of their muted stream.

Ohhh nice what champions please tell me! Haha it's a good mix up other than the popular champs that will be in the tourney. So if double elimination subs have to play two whole matchups?

It would be cool if in the future you lowered the number of subs to 1 per team and once a player is subbed in they had to complete the round. This would add more strategy to bans and free up more players to compete on other teams.
